A smile lit up his face the second I walked into the room. There were several people around him, but when my son saw my face he smiled from ear to ear and started screaming. Do you have any idea what that’s like? I’m a rock star in those moments. I know what it’s like to walk on that stage and I feel wonderful.
I think that’s what friendship is supposed to be like. Tonight, I have only one question. Do you make anyone in your life feel like a rock star? Does anyone in your life make you feel like a rock star? We need less posing and more screaming. We need less control and more love. That’s what friendship is supposed to be about.
