Have you ever found rest in His shadow? I love the imagery that the psalmist uses. It’s this idea that we are being watched over. We are in His shadow because He is right next to us. He is standing over us. No one or thing can get to us because He is so close. Moses understood two things that I long to understand. He understood just how close God was and he believed without a shadow of a doubt that God was fighting for him. Those are the last two things Satan ever wants you to believe, because when you do you’ll end up leading others to freedom.
