I was reminded this past week of my audience. It’s something that God has to bring me back to over and over again. You see I speak to many but I speak for one. In the end I have an audience of one. We all do.
No matter who you serve or how serve, where you work, or what you do, in the end the one eternal question is did I do it for Him? You will have to report to others and you should. They will be the ones God uses to refine you through their wisdom or through their failures. But the overriding question behind it all is did I give Him everything I have?
As you look at your work yesterday, as look at the way you led your team this past week, as you look at how you’re loving those around you, are you worshipping with all that you have?
I try my best to, as they say, leave it all on the field. I was reminded this week that I do that not for success, fame, or respect. I do that for Him.
